Living Bread Radio is celebrating 10 years on the air.
The nonprofit corporation, whose radio studio is based in Stark County, provides Catholic programming throughout Ohio via Living Bread Radio (1060-AM WILB). Its reach includes Stark, Summit, Medina, Wayne, Portage, Mahoning, Trumbull, Ashland, Carroll, Tuscarawas, Holmes and Galion and Carroll counties.
During the past decade, the radio station has increased its signal to push into the Cleveland area. Programming includes Mass, devotionals, talk shows, conferences and special events.
An outdoor anniversary Mass is at 6 p.m. Aug. 9 at St. Raphael Center, 4365 Fulton Drive N.W. in Jackson Township. The Mass will also commemorate the 25th anniversary of St. Raphael Bookstore.
