Medina County Arts Council 30th Anniversary Dinner — 6:30 p.m. at Rustic Hills Country Club. Dinner, music by MacKaren, program and recognitions. $35. 330-725-6443.

Thursday

Akron Civic Theatre Women’s Guild General Membership Meeting — 11:30 a.m. at Silver Lake Country Club, 1325 Graham Road. Dr. Mari Halkovich will present “Glitz and Glamour in the White House,” a history of jewelry and fashion of Ohio’s first ladies. $20.

The Kidney Foundation of Summit County Hot Dog Reverse Raffle — 6 p.m. at the Getaway, 1462 N. Portage Path, Akron. Sideboards and silent auction. $25. Call 330-864-1236.

Friday

Witan’s 36th annual French Market — 10 a.m. to 5 p.m. and 10 a.m. to 4 p.m. Saturday at Todaro’s Party Center, 1820 Akron-Peninsula Road, Cuyahoga Falls. Juried arts and crafts show with more than 45 artisans and craftsmen. Benefits Witan’s Community Project Fund, which provides grant money and allocations for nonprofit organizations and services. $6. www.witaninfo.org.

Get Well Gabby Foundation Benefit Concert — 7:30 p.m. at JB’s, 246 N. Water St., Kent. Featuring performances by Jay Patrick Boland and the Members Only Band, Matthew “Lig” Knabe, and the Allen Ilg Band. $7 ($9 for under 21).

Sunday

Pastries with the Princesses — 2 p.m. at the Redeemer Family Life Center, 2141 5th St., Cuyahoga Falls. Attendees dress up as their favorite princess, or prince, and meet royalty from fairy tales. Music, crafts, games, tea and pastries with the princesses. $14 for all ages; parents must accompany children. Proceeds benefit the Dane Foundation.
