When prepping any recipe that requires grated ingredients, a Dual Grater from Kuhn Rikon is a snap to use. They’re available in red or green and in two surface options: Fine/Medium or Coarse/Ribbon.
We found them easy to use and even easier to store (it’s just 8 inches long closed). Slide the grating surface from its protective sleeve and snap it into place to grate. When done, wash and dry, then push the grating surface back into its sleeve. It’s dishwasher safe; washing by hand and air drying are recommended.
