Feral Cat Spay & Neuter Spring Fling — One of a Kind Spay & Neuter Clinic, 1700 W. Exchange St., Akron, is offering $15 spay/neuter procedures for feral cats for a limited time. Limit two feral cats per family per day/four feral cats per family per week. First-come, first-served. Process started Monday and will continue as long as funds are available.
