Akron Symphony String Chamber Ensemble Summer Music Experience — Old Trail School, Bath Township. BioInnovation Academy — Austen BioInnovation Institute, 47 N. Main St., Akron. Weeklong program for grades 9-12, June 16-20 or July 14-18. Focuses on innovation and biomedicine for those interested in science, technology, engineering, math and medicine. Students observe clinical scenarios through simulation and integrated health education, identifying patient-centered problems, working in groups to solve those problems in two separate tracks — devices and public health — and presenting their solution and prototypes. Boy Scouts of America — Two camps for boys in grades 1-12. Camp Manatoc, 1075 Truxell Road, south of Peninsula, provides seven weeks of resident camps, June 15-July 26.
