Dave Baloun of Elevage Wine Advisors gives tips on wine and food pairings along the way, while Barbara Abbott of Canton Food Tours leads the group through the various stops including a behind-the-scenes tour of the Onesto Hotel.

The tour is being held on Feb. 19, March 12 and 19, from 5:30 to 8:30 p.m. It’s $65, and includes a progressive dinner and guided tour with four stops, food and wine pairings, shuttle transportation during the tour if needed, taxes and a goodie bag with wine-related items.

On Feb. 26 and March 20, from 6:30 to 8:30 p.m., the food tour company is sponsoring a Heat Seekers Dinner that includes four progressively hotter dishes at Basil Asian Bistro, with dessert, beer flight, take-home items, tax and tip, for $47.
